When you use our inquiry form, contact KW Tech Services by email, phone or text, or schedule an appointment through Calendly, you may provide information such as your name, contact details, service interests, appointment preferences and a description of the support or project you need.
Our website host and embedded services may also process limited technical information such as your browser type, approximate location, device information and IP address for security, reliability and service delivery.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To schedule, confirm and manage appointments.

Inquiry form, booking and third-party services
Messages submitted through our inquiry form are emailed to info@kwtechsupport.ca by our website host. The booking page uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information submitted through the booking widget is processed according to Calendly’s Privacy Notice. Google Fonts may also be requested when pages load.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, schedule appointments, deliver services or comply with legal requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about the personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. You may also choose to contact us directly instead of using the online booking widget.
