Information we may receive
When you use our inquiry form, contact KW Tech Services by email, phone or text, or schedule an appointment through Google Calendar, you may provide information such as your name, contact details, service interests, appointment preferences and a description of the support or project you need.
Our website host and embedded services may also process limited technical information such as your browser type, approximate location, device information and IP address for security, reliability and service delivery.
How we use information

- To schedule, confirm and manage appointments.
- To prepare service recommendations, project scopes and estimates.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our website and systems.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Inquiry form, booking and third-party services
Our inquiry form uses a short-lived session cookie to avoid sending the same request twice when you retry. We store a random request reference and its time in the server session; form contents are not stored there. Entries stay in the current page while a failed request is retried.
Messages submitted through our inquiry form are emailed to info@kwtechsupport.ca by our website host. Our booking link opens a Google Calendar booking page. Google collects your name, email address, phone number and the description you provide to arrange the phone consultation. KW Tech Services receives the booking details, and Google sends your calendar invitation. Availability is checked against our booking calendar without showing visitors private event details. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Google Fonts may also be requested when pages load.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, schedule appointments, deliver services or comply with legal requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about the personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. You may also choose to contact us directly instead of using the online booking widget.

AI service guide
The Chat with Kora service guide is available across our website and is provided through Botpress. The chat is loaded when you choose to start it. Messages and technical information needed to operate the chat are processed by Botpress and its AI providers; conversations may be available to KW Tech Services for support and quality review. Botpress may use browser storage to maintain the chat and its history.
Please do not enter passwords, payment information, confidential records or personal customer data. The assistant can make mistakes. Contact us directly for account-specific help or questions about your information. The process diagram explains our approach and does not collect or submit information.
